QUALITY ASSURANCE
All the manufacturing units of the group are ISO9001 certified.
Strict quality assurance programme as laid down by RDSO (Railways),
DGQA (Defence) etc. is implemented. Each unit possesses fully equipped testing
laboratory to ensure quality control as per customers' requirement.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
At Synthetic Moulders we constantly develop products in tune with the emerging customer's
need.
We have developed a wide range of Injection Moulded products for the Railways
in close co-operation with RDSO.
With ARDE,Pune we have also developed products
for the Indian Army.
We are closely associated with Composite Division, IIT, Kharagpur
for process and product development for Indian Railways.
To develop plastic substitute
for metal we have signed a MOU with our Raw Material vendors like Du Pont and Bayer.This is
a project for Indian Railways.
